Brit RAC #03

Brit RAC #03 - The shell is a Royal Armoured Corps (RAC) Helmet with a stainless-steel band around the rim. The factory stamp seen is 381 at the inner front end; presumably a steel lot number. This entire helmet is virtually straight from the factory. They were apparently made in Northern Ireland at some time in the 1960s. All original olive-drab factory paint. This helmet retains its original, factory fitted, lift-a-dot liner; head size 7 (56cm). The helmet retains its original factory fitted, elasticized khaki chinstrap.
